Marketing & Strategic Obligations
Ambassador Program pricing is subsidized specifically because participants commit to the following as a condition of continued tier eligibility:
- Strategic Referrals: Growth Ambassadors must provide at least 4 qualified introductions per year (or 2 per semester) to organizations within their value chain. Verified Ambassadors must provide at least 2 qualified introductions per year.
- Corporate Identity & Branding: Participants grant eSkuad permission to use their company logo in marketing materials and sales decks, and agree to participate in a validated written or video ROI case study.
- Viral Reporting Signatures: All exported reports (Excel, PDF, PowerBI) automatically feature “Operational Architecture by eSkuad” branding.
Graduation Rules
Mandatory Graduation: Accounts will automatically graduate to the standard commercial Pro Operational System ($1,500/mo floor) if they fail to comply with the referral or marketing obligations above, require additional data history or squads beyond their tier allocation, or exceed their user limits.

How does pricing work for large teams?
Both Pro and Enterprise plans include up to 500 users. You can add user bands on top to scale up to 10,000 users. Above that, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we'll scope it within 24 hours.
Is eSkuad SOC 2 Type 2 compliant?
Yes, eSkuad is SOC 2 Type 2. The trust report is available at trust.eskuad.com.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. We don't hold data hostage — export to CSV or via API at any time while your account is active.
What is the VCP Guarantee?
The Value Confirmation Program is our commitment to proving ROI before you scale. We work with your team to establish measurable baselines in your first 90 days. If eSkuad doesn't demonstrate clear value, you can exit — no long-term lock-in. Over 1,300 industrial operations across the Americas have completed the VCP and continued.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
