We offer both options- monthly or annual. If the monthly option is selected, you will be charged at the end of the month, depending on the number of users. If you select the annual payment option, you get a 10% discount on the total payment and if there are increases in the number of users during the month, these will be charged individually in each corresponding month. Please note: upgrading from monthly to annual billing is permanent for the remainder of that annual term and any renewal terms — you cannot switch back to monthly billing once an annual term has started.

No, the data storage service is included in the service, so there is no additional charge.

No, there is no implementation cost. As soon as you start paying for the service, even if it is just one user, you can start creating forms and reports. We help you with the training and if you need more structured onboarding, you can opt for Digital Process Architecture — a guided deployment that maps your existing workflows before a single form is built.

You can find all your invoices in your profile on the web platform by going to app.eskuad.com/settings ⇒ Settings ⇒ Billing.

Additionally, every time a payment is made, the invoice is sent to the email linked to the payment card.

No, your information will not be lost. Some functionalities of the platform will no longer be available, and your collected information will be hidden, you will only be able to view data captured in the last 30 days (as of the current date) and once the payment for the service is made these functionalities are unlocked again.

To access eSkuad, it depends on the type of user (mobile/web).

Mobile Users: These are the users who carry out their activities on their mobile device (Cellphone/Tablet).

No, you can fill out eSkuad forms from anywhere, even offline. The forms will be stored in your app, and will be sent to the server as soon as an internet connection is detected.

Yes- to disable automatic email backup reports go to your user name -> Settings -> Notifications -> Turn off “Backup email for submitted forms”

Yes- to configure your notification settings, go to your user name -> Settings -> Notifications

To configure your date format, language and timezone settings, go to your user name -> Settings -> Preferences

To check the sync status of your submitted forms, go to “History” ⇒ select the completed form you want to sync ⇒ tap the three dots in the top right ⇒ select “Sync Form”

If a form you’re filling out is missing some of its fields, go to “Profile” ⇒ Advanced Settings ⇒ Reset Sync ⇒ “Reset” ⇒ confirm “Reset” ⇒ then go back to “Forms”
This action will bring in all the missing information for your form (make sure you have an internet connection to complete this action)

To view your organization’s forms, first make sure you’ve been invited to an organization and have accepted the invitation via email.
Then:

• Mobile app: go to “Profile” ⇒ below your name, tap the “More” button ⇒ choose the relevant organization ⇒ go back to “Forms”
• Web dashboard: go to the top left corner and select the current organization name — a list of your available organizations will appear ⇒ choose the correct one.
